Works supervision
We hold the works to the contract and keep the financial balance of the package.
- Checking that the works comply with the contract, the building codes and the financial terms
- Leading the design team: planners, architect, engineering consultants
- Financial management of the contracts: draft valuations, negotiation of variations
- Approval of construction drawings
- Quality control on site
Coordination during construction
The coordination role brings every party together and plans their work so the overall programme holds.
- Running the weekly site meetings
- Detailed programmes broken down by task
- Coordination between the different contractors
- Progress monitoring and analysis of any delay
- Support on the financial management of the works
- Issuing snag lists at handover
- Organising the pre-handover inspections
