The office is in Marrakech, in the Guéliz district. We have delivered or managed projects in Marrakech, Safi, Nouaceur near Casablanca, Rabat, Oujda and Bin El Ouidane. For site management and coordination we work throughout Morocco. We have also worked in Equatorial Guinea.

Your enquiry is usually answered the same working day. The time needed for the quotation itself depends on how complex the structure is and where the site is. We tell you that lead time as soon as we have read the documents, and we keep to it.

Drawings, the specification or a written description of the works, the site location and the target programme. A written description is enough for a first estimate. The more precise the file, the more accurate the price, and the fewer surprises once work starts.

There is no sales department at K-Stone. The managing director, a civil engineering graduate of ESTP Paris, reads the documents and prices the job himself. He is also your contact during the works. The company brings together around two hundred people, supervisors and site crews.

Yes. Clients include the National Airports Office, SOMAGEC in Morocco and SOMAGEC GE in Equatorial Guinea, EPC Maroc, SOPLAMI and the Australian Embassy. We also work on public facilities, such as the external works at the Marrakech Grand Stadium, carried out alongside the SOMAGEC consortium. Since the company was founded, no incident or accident has been reported on our sites. Some of our works are carried out where mistakes are not an option, such as a pyrotechnic plant with its safety distances, or a live airport apron.

On structures that allow it, such as the SP1 pumping station in Safi, the works are followed on a digital model. Concrete volumes and steel weight per bar diameter are kept up to date structure by structure. That is what makes it possible to order the right quantities and spot a deviation before it becomes expensive.
